HOW I ACTUALLY WORK
Three things you can count on.
- You get the number, including when it is lower than you hoped. Telling you a house is worth more than it is gets a listing signed and costs you months. I would rather have that conversation at the kitchen table than three price reductions later.
- You get told which route suits you, not which one pays me. I hold a license, and I also own a separate business that buys houses directly. Those two things want different outcomes, which means I can compare them honestly instead of pretending one does not exist.
- You get plain language. If I cannot explain a document to you clearly, you should not sign it. That is the standard I hold myself to.
THE TWO BUSINESSES, KEPT SEPARATE
